Tuesday Transformational (gentle) Yoga

Each week we will explore a new theme in class to compliment our yoga session. The topics will be focused on creating an awareness of your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional body and how to begin to optimize your system to live a happier, healthier life. Some topics may include the chakra system, yoga philosophy, working with the five elements , and vibrational healing, During class you can expect instruction on simple breathing techniques, movement exercises from various yoga styles, and the practice of relaxation techniques. The class is designed to help you cultivate an awareness of your entire self (phyically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually) and to provide you with practical tools to help you reduce stress buildup in the body in order open up your bodies innate capacity to heal.
